Special Rates by request: Lesser rates are possible for shorter or longer bookings,

• Please note: A payment of 25% of the weekly rate is due within one week of the initial booking; the remainder to include the refundable damage deposit of €200 is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
• (The damage deposit will be returned two weeks after the stay minus any damage charge.)
• A complementary beverage and snack will await your arrival. If you have a preference for juice, let us know.
• Pets are acceptable with an additional cleaning/damage deposit of €100 (please note, dogs are not allowed to dig in the garden or chase the resident cat, Mimi)
• The owners cater to nonsmokers, please refrain from smoking indoors.
